We just wanted to let out customers know that we have taken steps to ensure any data we have is used appropriately:

Please Note, that in line with the Data Protection Act, Inner Circle DJs Ltd. (inc. The Wedding Players) will not share your personal data or correspondence with and third party other than the Artist or Service Provider we have arranged for you.

The lawful basis on which we use your data will be that or Legitimate Interest (i.e. for simple communication about your event – such as phone calls, text, letter, invoicing,  email etc); or Contract, where we supply a Booking Confirmation or Contract for services provided. 

We also not share personal images or data on social media

We currently store any information supplied on Password protected PCs; Digital Copies of Contract are kept for 6 years for Accountancy Reasons. Paper copies are destroyed by shredding or incineration after 12months.

We request that our third party services providers  adhere to the same standard also.
